![]() To summarize: poor quality product, and predatory policy to try and charge people for services they do not want or use. They denied this refund as they claimed it was beyond their notice period, and they denied even refunding any part of the FULL YEAR they had charged me for. When I noticed I requested a refund since I had not used the service beyond my initial test in the trial period. Subsequently my credit card was charged for a full year. I did not receive email confirmation of this (my mistake). After checking a couple of songs, I realized their tabs were inaccurate, and then decided to cancel prior to payment. I selected a free trial with UG to test out their tabs. Poor quality service, terrible customer service tl dr : The issue has been resolved and I have been refunded, but it would have been better if they didn't trick me in the first place and they practices are shady. Like if I was not an actual "customer" and was actually wasting my time writing a negative review for fun.). The average rating on trustpilot is self-explanatory anyway, they should understand that they have to change their practices, but instead of doing that they are trying to get rid of the reviews (I received an email telling that they request my details and if I don't provide them, my review will be deleted. Maybe they are able to get some unfortunate customers with these practices but I hope they will learn that on the long run they will only loose all of their reputation along with their customers. So yes, I'm happy that I got a full refund, but their practices are shady and their "free trial" is misleading on purpose (they advertise a free trial but I guess that once you sign up for the trial, you are actually subscribing for a paid service and the "free trial that you can cancel anytime" is replaced by a "free week of use offered with the subscription" and that's how they justify it). Let me remind you that I cancelled the free trial period before it expires (and I revoked my paypal authorization as well so I don't understand how they managed to still charge me). Another reason is because they still charged me for a subscription in the first place that I didn't ask for. However I had to kinda fight for my refund because at first they only wanted to offer me a discount on the next subscription so that's why I won't give 5 stars. So I change my review to 3 stars (instead of only one). However they still charged me today for the pro subscription !!! DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION UPDATE : Okay, so after sending 6 mails to their customer services, I managed to get a full refund. I gave it a try then I cancelled my trial subscription period and removed my payment method in the account management page since I wasn't interested.
