ALL I am asking for is for this company to refund me my money and issue my a return label for articles of clothing that were sent after a specific date of delivery that was initially lost by there 3rd party delivery company. After numerous emails, I found that when I did return from being out of the country for a business meeting that the order was indeed delivered but I do not need 2 orders of the same articles of clothing. It arrived with no tag other than the bag label it came packaged in from the warehouse and no packing slip. ![]() Nowhere in the description did it say it had boning in it which would have changed the size selection substantially. While out of the country, I receive an email stating that “Lasership” has delivered my package and as I stated in the emails, how do I know that the package was delivered because I need said items at the initial delivery date which was November 1st, then it kept getting pushed back all the way until the 8th of November when I reorder the items. Fashion Novas Return Policy Has Some Issues. I have a serious issue with an order that I placed back in October 27,2021 and the third party delivery company LOST my package after numerous and continuous emails and phone calls trying to locate my “initial package.” So, the outcome of this entire ordeal is that I had to place another order, have it overnighted in order to make my business trip on time. ![]()
